ST. PETER’S HOUSE ASSEMBLY
On the 29th of June 2017, the senior girls gathered together to commemorate the feast day of St. Peter. Peppered with anecdotes from the life of St. Peter and fables illustrating the importance of the house motto ‘Commitment’, the assembly strove to convince the audience of the paramount importance of these ideals in our lives today. The warm chords of the piano blended flawlessly with the strings of the guitar as the melodic voices of the choir took up the tale with Ellie Goulding’s Burn. Through a skit on the theme of cyber bullying, the girls attempted to bring the lofty ideal of ‘Commitment’ to a tangible level by illustrating how we all could end this menace if we remained committee our ideals and rose above vice
