2. Upload the following documents as requested with the file size limits as mentioned. Please note that the file type and size limits (.jpg, .jpeg, .png or.pdf) have to be followed for the form to be successfully submitted.
3. Please note that only the application forms filled online are accepted. Other forms will be rejected.
4. Aadhaar card for the child is mandatory without which the admission form cannot be filled in.
5. The PDF form that is provided to you will contain a bar-coded unique reference number. Please make a note of this number, as this will be your reference number for all future communications.
6. Please note that the application form will be valid only if original documents are produced along with their attested photocopies at the time of verification.
7. The mail for verification of documents and the final result will be intimated by email only. Kindly ensure that you communicate the right email address in the form and you may put the admissions@smspune.in email address in your anti-spam white list.
